Reservation Policy
All reservations for Napili Point A-2 must be made through the owners, George Craig and Dick Matgen.
We strongly recommend that you make your reservation by using the "Availability Calendar"
on this website. A reservation submitted through the "Availability Calendar" process automatically sends an email
directly to the owners and will include all necessary information to reserve the condo.
Alternatively, you may send an email to the owners at rpmatgen@gmail.com.
Phone reservations are not accepted and availability dates are not given over the phone. Please note that requested
dates will only be confirmed after a three-day deposit is received. Once the deposit is received, the requested
dates will be blocked on the "Availability Calendar" within 24 hours.
Once you send them a reservation request via email, the owners will book your request and email you back within
72 hours. Once they have sent you an email response, you must take two steps: 1) confirm your request by email
within 72 hours; and 2) send a three-night deposit and a signed copy of the rental agreement within seven days.
This will confirm and hold your reservation until your final payment is due. Unless these two steps are completed,
the reservation will be automatically canceled. Deposits received after the seven day period may be returned if
the unit has been rebooked. Due to booking demand, this policy is firm.
Full reservation payment is due 30 days before arrival. Failure to send payment in full will result in cancellation
of your reservation and forfeiture of your deposit. Please mark your calendar for this payment date. You will not
receive an email reminder in advance. You are responsible to meet this payment requirement.
Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment by certified check, cashier's check, or money order
and must be sent by overnight mail service. Unless payment is received within two business days of booking, the unit
is not considered reserved.
Reservation extensions will only be granted if full payment is received in advance and must be paid by cashier's
check, certified check or money order.
A six-night minimum stay is required.

Non-Smoking Policy
In compliance with the State of Hawaii's "Non-Smoking Law," the Napili Point resort complex is
a non-smoking facility. This means no smoking is allowed in any unit, including unit A-2, or any
place that is within 20 feet of any building, including the reception desk.
There are specific areas that a guest, employee, or any person who visits the resort may smoke if necessary.
These areas are clearly marked. They include:
1. Near the ocean point of the complex where there is a bench to sit on.
2. At the far end of the parking lot, towards the ocean where you see the umbrella.
3. At the front of the complex, near the road, to the left of the front office.
In order to be in compliance with all the requirements of this state law, it is important to inform you
that the State has specifically included a requirement that condominium complex managers notify state
officials who may ticket and issue fines and/or a court date when a person or persons does not comply
with the "Non-Smoking Law."
