Napili Point, Unit A-2 Schedule of Rates for 2011

• April 16 through December 19, 2011: $209.00 per night (plus a required Hawaiian Accommodation Tax of 13.25%)*
• December 20, 2011 through December 31, 2011: $239.00 per night (plus a required Hawaiian Accommodation Tax of 13.25%)*

Napili Point, Unit A-2 Schedule of Rates for 2012:

• January 1-April 15, 2012: $239 per night (plus a required Hawaiian Accommodation Tax of 13.25%)*
• April 16 – June 15, 2012: $219 per night (plus a required Hawaiian Accommodation Tax of 13.25%)*
• June 16 – August 31, 2012: $229 per night (plus a required Hawaiian Accommodation Tax of 13.25%)*
• September 1 – December 19, 2012: $219 per night (plus a required Hawaiian Accommodation Tax of 13.25%)*
• December 20 – December 31, 2012: $249 per night (plus a required Hawaiian Accommodation Tax of 13.25%)*

* This percentage includes the Hawaiian hotel and excise taxes.
* For stays of fewer than six nights, an additional cleaning fee of $160 will be charged.

Maximum Number of Guests: Four

Free Night Bonus
Guests booking stays of more than 10 nights will receive the eleventh night free and those booking more than 21 nights will receive the 22nd night free. This bonus offer may be terminated or altered by the owners of Napili Point, Unit A-2 at any time.

Returning Guests Special Offer
All guests that have previously stayed at Napili Point Resort, Unit A-2 since January 1, 2005 will earn a 5% discount off the regular rate (calculated after free nights have been deducted). The discount must be requested at the time of the initial reservation request, or the discount will not apply. A letter from the previous owner may be required to verify rentals that occurred before December 2008. (This will only be required if your name does not appear on the list of renters provided to the current owners by the previous owner.) This discount offer may be terminated or altered by the owners of Napili Point Unit A-2 at any time.
